Oh gosh restarting again

Today is September 17 and i am starting yet again to try to lose some weight last time I was successful was in early 2011 when I dropped 65 pounds  and late 2011 I got sick and 2012 I had to move and 2013 was crazy and it stayed crazy up until now. After my mom passed I had zero motivation and  was an emotional mess and I ballooned up to 380lbs and I have never been that big before everything hurts and all do is sleep so its definitely time for a change. Finally started going back to the gym this week and after 2 to 3 years of not working out most of my endurance and stamina has to be built back up again which is a very daunting  and depressing task lol so as of now with my new work schedule I am trying to workout and eat in accordance to a total caloric intake restriction. one thing I have to say that is very frustrating is when people try to give me advice or try to micromanage what im eating like I took a good solid 2 years figuring out what works best for me exercise diet and nutrition wise so I know what i gotta do and how to do it. so i side eye when ppul come up with their ideas on how i should lose weight cause i already know and then ppul say well why arent you doing it why haven't you gotten results well that another issue altogether. 
First there is 1 motivation 2 having a plan 3 sticking to it 4 always thinking about it  and  you become a different and somewhat paranoid person when you are ready to go for those 4 principles 5 IF YOU INCLUDE A SOLID NON JUDGMENTAL SUPPORT SYSTEM which i have never had so i am not even counting on that My goal is to get back where i used to be  working out  Sun thru friday and a day off on Saturday i do want to. Even if I didnt lose weight i feel my best when i am on a steady workout regimen. i wanted to start filming my progress but i have a small stipulation that i need to be under 300 lbs before i even do that  so i will be updating here again  preety soon about

TODAY I START AGAIN

I DID POWER 90 SCUPLPT & SWEAT
TONIGHT I WILL DO PILATES & HIP HOP ABS

I ATE A VITAMIN WATER, CHIKEN CRACKER SNACKS

TONIGHT I WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE FRIED FISH ON WHEAT BREAD

I WILL BE CREATING ANOTHER WEIGHTLOST VLOG

JAN 2ND STARTING OVER AGAIN

EXERSISE: POWER 90 CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING
MEALS: FASTING(TODAY) FROM SOLID FOODS WHEY PROTEIN SHAKES & WATER

JANUARY 2ND MARKS A NEW YEAR AND A NEW DAY FOR ME. I AM RE-STARTING MY 2HOUR A DAY WORKOUT CONSISTING OF POWER 90 CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING IN THE MORNING WHILE DOING PILATES & HIP HOP ABS IN THE EVENING
I WILL BE TAKING BEGINING PHOTOS & MEASUREMENTS THIS WEEKEND AS WELL AS STARTING A VIDEO BLOG THAT WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTILL I COMPLETE MY GOALS HOWEVER, I WILL UPDATE PHOTOS WEEKLY (EVERY SUNDAY).

Day 1-3

Iam gonna be blogging about my weightloss and exersize progress over the next year or so
iam really tired of it and ready and really do mean to lose it OK THE WAY IAM gonna set it up is iam gonna tell what i ate then tell what exersise i did and give a summary about how it is going lets start for today

Food: A cup of noodles. 2 handfulls of pop corn , a bacon turkey swiss sandswich, 20 ounces of soda, a cup of coffee

Exersise: 30 minutes on the treadmill + 30 minutes of pilates

summary: i want to do this everyday and add strenghth training as well my edurcance is improving iam worried about my butt getting flat lol
