Today is September 17 and i am starting yet again to try to lose some weight last time I was successful was in early 2011 when I dropped 65 pounds and late 2011 I got sick and 2012 I had to move and 2013 was crazy and it stayed crazy up until now. After my mom passed I had zero motivation and was an emotional mess and I ballooned up to 380lbs and I have never been that big before everything hurts and all do is sleep so its definitely time for a change. Finally started going back to the gym this week and after 2 to 3 years of not working out most of my endurance and stamina has to be built back up again which is a very daunting and depressing task lol so as of now with my new work schedule I am trying to workout and eat in accordance to a total caloric intake restriction. one thing I have to say that is very frustrating is when people try to give me advice or try to micromanage what im eating like I took a good solid 2 years figuring out what works best for me exercise diet and nutrition wise so I know what i gotta do and how to do it. so i side eye when ppul come up with their ideas on how i should lose weight cause i already know and then ppul say well why arent you doing it why haven't you gotten results well that another issue altogether.
First there is 1 motivation 2 having a plan 3 sticking to it 4 always thinking about it and you become a different and somewhat paranoid person when you are ready to go for those 4 principles 5 IF YOU INCLUDE A SOLID NON JUDGMENTAL SUPPORT SYSTEM which i have never had so i am not even counting on that My goal is to get back where i used to be working out Sun thru friday and a day off on Saturday i do want to. Even if I didnt lose weight i feel my best when i am on a steady workout regimen. i wanted to start filming my progress but i have a small stipulation that i need to be under 300 lbs before i even do that so i will be updating here again preety soon about
